BULLET & 40 WEEK PRIVATE PLACEMENT TRADE PROGRAMS
The investor signs a JVA with a company already approved from the platform to share profits on a 50/50 basis.
The offered returns depend on the program that is available at the time of your submission, and is susceptible to change, however the current available Bullet trade pays 500% Gross of which 250% NET is paid to the investor in 5 days.
The 40 weeks program profits could range from 50% to 100% return a week, or 200% to 400% per month with profit sharing of also 50/50 based on the JVA. The trader will confirm the expected returns during the conference call with you, and the contract will reflect the actual proposed returns.
AN INTERBANK SCREEN ADMINISTRATIVE HOLD IS REQUIRED
The trade is done with a simple ‘Admin Hold Notation’ on investor’s individual or corporate HSBC account (INTERBANK SCREEN) screen with beneficiary the trading desk designated (JV) company.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Note: The max amount has to be €/$/£ 5 billion, in case account holders have more than €/$/£ 5 billion the program manager can use more companies with compliance already approved by the trading desk.

You will have to accept us (and associates) as your capital finance consultants in order for us to place your file with the intake officer.
TRANSACTION PROCEDURES
The transaction procedures are simple, secure and stress free for investors with off-ledger accounts in any HSBC Bank worldwide;
Investor submits KYC compliance package containing all documents and information required for the platform to do their due diligence. After the investor is approved, a conference call with the trader or program manager will be arranged.
The investor (HSBC off ledger account holder) signs a JVA with a company already approved from the platform to share profits on a 50/50 basis.
The account holder instructs their officer to place the ‘Admin Hold Notation’ on their account (INTERBANK SCREEN) screen with beneficiary the company in JVA and E-mails a copy to us and directly to our platform desk.
The email must contain all the details for accessing the interbank screen.
This process (depending on time zones) can be completed in a day.
After verification, the platform will issue a Master Trading Agreement that must be signed by the investor (account holder) as approbation.
Within 10 banking days, the bullet and or 40 weeks program begins.
The trade proposal depends on the program available at the time you submit and is approved.
